Set aside Monday, December 1st for the Annual CSEA Lights on the Lake night. Tickets will be available the evening of the event at Ste. Marie from 5:00-8:30 p.m.  Tickets are still $3.00 per car.

There will be refreshments and Santa Claus. If you would like tickets before the event, you can check with your Unit President or the Local Office after November 18th.

We will be collecting non-perishable food for the Food Bank of CNY the night of the event.  Please bring your donation to Ste. Marie to help support our community.

We will have two Syracuse Crunch Hockey Nights during the season; tentative dates are January 16th and April 4th.  We will have more details about prices and where to get tickets in next month’s Communicator.

I recently was in Washington, D.C. for a CSEA Convention and was lucky enough to visit Arlington National Cemetery to watch CSEA Veterans Committee Members lay a wreath at the tomb of the unknown solider.  It was overwhelming to see all the lives that have been sacrificed for the freedoms we take for granted each day.  I have a deeper appreciation of our country and everyone that has served our country.  Remember our Veteran’s on Veteran’s Day and every day.
